Role of organizations in the project:

1. Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione ( IULM):

IULM University will lead WP 7- Management. IULM will coordinate: setting up of management board, internal agreements, the overall financial and operative aspects, projects reports and WP results reports.

IULM will also be responsible for Contacts and Cooperation with the Auditor and for the organization of virtual and plenary meetings.

IULM will also host the Kick off Meeting (WP7) and a one-week Study Visit for Libyan Students (WP4).

Other assignments:

WP1: IULM will participate to desk research and definition of the State of the Art Catalogue; definition and inception of the Training Framework.

WP2: IULM will participate to the Design of the Consultation, Data Analysis and Design of the Master Program;

WP3: IULM will participate to the definition of Labs technical standards, Lab Training and Training of Trainers program.

WP4: IULM will participate to the definition of the study visits program.

WP5: IULM will participate to the definition of the quality plan, agreement among partners, regular monitoring, course evaluation and drawing of evaluation reports.

WP6: IULM will participate to the definition of Dissemination Strategy and Exploitation Strategy, Website maintenance, design and distribution of presentation materials, Impact Audit, and definition of long term beneficiaries and target groups.

 

2. Unione delle Università del Mediterraneo (UNIMED):

UNIMED will lead WP1- Lessons Learned and Training Framework. UNIMED will be responsible for coordination and realization of desk analysis, coordination and realization of interviews to experts, drawing of the State of the Art catalogue, definition of the training framework, inception of the framework.

Other assignments:

WP2: UNIMED will participate to the Design of the Consultation, Data Analysis and Design of the Master Program;

WP3: UNIMED will participate to the definition of Labs technical standards, Lab Training and Training of Trainers program.

WP4: UNIMED will participate to the definition of the study visits program.

WP5: UNIMED will participate to the definition of the quality plan, agreement among partners, regular monitoring, course evaluation and drawing of evaluation reports.

WP6: UNIMED will participate to the definition of Dissemination Strategy and Exploitation Strategy, Website maintenance, design and distribution of presentation materials, Impact Audit, and definition of long-term beneficiaries and target groups.

3. Universidade de Aveiro (UAVR):

UAVR will lead WP3- Creation of Multimedia Labs and Training of Trainers. UAVR will be responsible for the definition of Labs technical standards, training for Lab equipment, definition of the Training of Trainers program. In the same WP, UAVR will organize and host a one-week Training of Trainers Session. UAVR will also host the second mid-term meeting (WP7).

WP2:UAVR will participate to the Design of the Consultation, Data Analysis and Design of the Master Program;

4. Universidad de Granada (UGR):

UGR will lead WP 5- Quality Evaluation. UGR will create the Quality and Evaluation Working Group and be responsible for agreement among partners, drawing of quality plan, definition of indicators, regular monitoring and feedback by the partners, course evaluation, drawing of evaluation reports. UGR will also host the forth plenary meeting (WP7).

5. Sapienza Università di Roma (UNIROMA  1):

7. Sirte University (SU):

SU Will lead WP6- Dissemination and Exploitation. SU will be responsible for the definition of

Dissemination and Exploitation Strategy, Mission Statement, Impact Audit, Stakeholders Map,

establishing of the Website. In WP 6 SU will also participate to maintenance of the Website, design and distribution of presentation and branding materials, individual meetings with stakeholders, definition of long term beneficiaries and other target groups for future exploitation, and organization of dissemination events.

WP2:MU will participate to the Design of the Consultation, Data Analysis and Design of the Master Program;
